Convert a multi-page HTML project to a single page

Attached to this project is a collection of HTML pages with a single common horizontal menu. I would like to the coder to combine these into one HTML page and use JavaScript. The new single page should work exactly the same as the multi-page project when done. All the mages are linked to our web server, and that they must remain like this. There can be no images in the actual file itself.
