Develop a tool to get all twitter users who rweteedted a tweet

We would like to be able of followeing all these users to that them but unfortunately, twitter only shows only few of the users who reteeeted. We would like you to develop a tool (in PHP preferably) that tracks all We would like to make few contests to test your service and we would like to thank all the users who take part in the contest by following them. So my question is: Is it possible to get the twitter IDs of all the users (possibly 10000+ users in 1 month) who retweeted our contest tweet ? thanks
