Hi, my name is Matt S Rinc and with my graphic designer we can create your cross-platform game. Very briefly - such cross-platform application is meaningful (to develop) only with cross-platform tool. We would use Kivy (Python) framework for fast graphics (OpenGL) and platform support. For Windows, Mac and Android there is no problem regarding login and password access for download or playing but IOS (iPad and iPhone) apps require AppStore submission which won't be accepted for such private purpose. Please provide more information - do you have any real case studies to mimic, or a learning game to follow e.g. what is the goal of the game (changing habit, learning new skill, sales training etc)? Because in this case it's better to create e-learning application which we would do in HTML5, Flash and iPad version (using Articulate Storyline). Looking forward to your reply, Matt

Hi, you can find the further information and costs that you wanted below; - The design part of the game will consume the most time, and some brainstorming with the client about what he wants will need to be examined. -A cross platform game will be easier on Unity Game Engine and it will reduce the cost of cross-platform development time. The cost of this will depend on mostly one thing. If the client doesn't release the game and keep it in the company, than Unity won't demand any money for developing a game like that which will severely reduce costs. -Being given the design elements will ease the process -Just making an .exe file for a download is easier as you didn't specify if the game will support online gameplay. A password protected dropbox download file should suffice. - This one's cost will depend on again the client. Does he want a secure system which players can't cheat or is it not important? If he wants a secure system the interface and the logic parts should be seperated which will increase the cost. - November or early December is fine for a job like this.
