Create useable submit forms inside promotional email.

I am looking for a demo to create a consumer journey that starts within an email. The user will read their advertising email and then be asked to submit a unique code within (inside) the email and clicks submit. From here the email will generate an html user page based on what was submitted in the email form. I have artwork ready for the experience and I just need someone to create the demo and try and have it get past as many email filters as possible. The two main email systems that we will want this to work in will be Outlook and Gmail. I need this project completed within 24 hours of acceptance so please do not bid if you cannot meet this deadline.
