creade php-mailer skript whit panel

I need a dynamic php-mailer skript. whith acces on a admin panel, where I can easy set evrything!!! basis form: admin panel whit an overview of everything with some forms. [login to view URL] where I can import a .txt file whit a mailist. and ervery is showing. where I can managre the list. remove some, import, remove duplicates etc. [login to view URL] where I can put the html in. whit an editor to edit the mail where I can chose from <> ( I need that I can chose "from", doen't mater whitch domain I use I can use what I want) It is important that can be the sender itself is determined no matter what domain you are where I can chose the subject the signature of the mail. [login to view URL] where can see if everything is working well. the must show me the log auf the mailing process and if spript work well. it must me show error also ===> The last thing what is realy important, I will use the mailer for mas send my newsletter. it is important that the mailer is sending 100% inbox!!!!!!! no one mail have to go spam folder!!!!!!
