Video Player for a new website.

Hello Guys, I a making a new website and trying to find someone who can help be for creating a new player script for my videos. What i want to do is: I have a youtube account, a [login to view URL] account and i upload my own videos in my website for the same video. I want to have the control of choosing what player will display in what countries. For example if i want to play the same video from youtube account in USA and canada and the same video from blip account when someone opens from UK or Australia and all middle east and all other countries get the video from my own source from one customized embed code. But don't forget the player must be their own, youtube must be in youtube player, blip video must be in [login to view URL] player and my own video must be in jw player. Thanks
