I am trying for a non-commercial niche project; a Resume Board which lets subscribers post their resume details including pdf and video files via front end submission. Parts of the user-generated posts / listings - for example the applicant's full name and Email address - should be visible for registered employers only. Submission and Registration processes will be different for Job Seekers and Employers, who should never enter or even see the WP backend. Also open to invest in an existing WP theme that offers the above features, with some customization on your part. Cheers
