Create a Wordpress Template: Blog, Community, Directory, Store

I need a Wordpress website set up to make modifications easy for me to manage going forward Have Woo Canvas theme and a couple of other themes loaded. Plan to have a Woo Commerce Store. I own ShopperPress and DirectoryPress Themes. So you choose which ones to use. Goal is EASY MANAGEMENT for me going forward. Have a color scheme and layout style I'd like you to set up throughout site. Am new to WP. Have site loaded on Hostgator, and having trouble figuring out how to change theme type colors, change image size of photos when loaded and make it so the wp site looks the way I want, and is easy to manage when adding new posts. Prefer someone more experienced get's it on track. Requirements: Modify WP site with look and feel of color scheme and design as required (will supply links to sites I like. Some design required) Add plug-ins as required to make site easy to manage and resize photos to work in layout when posts are added Use Woo Commerce or supplied Shopper Press for Store Buddy Press (Community) Maintain consistent Colors and style Add Modules to allow users to upload stories (with admin approval) Adverting Management Manage Mailing Lists and Autoresponder (signed up for mail chimp) Goal is for you to access my WP site, I will supply you with eamples of colors and websites I want it to look/work like, and you will be able to show me how moving forward it will be easy to add to the webiste while maintaining look and feel, and photos sized correctly.
