Create a Drupal Template

Our organization is in need of some web development help and need one or two things: • Development of a landing page in Drupal on our current website, [login to view URL], with minor animation (arrows moving back and fourth) based off a digital image set up that we have designed (attached- [login to view URL]). The attached image is what we want the page to look like to replace this page content: [login to view URL] We will keep the current navigation menu and footer on the page. For the image file I attached ([login to view URL]) I would imagine the top part of it could be an image file on the website. The boxes with text I would imagine would also be image files. But what we want to happen when you hover your mouse over the boxes is that they will move to the direction of where the arrows are pointing, the box has a subtle glowing effect when moused over, and everything else except for the box drop in opacity to around 50%. And then when you stop hovering over the mouse they will return to their static place. I attached what the box may look like when hovered over to help explain. ([login to view URL]) • Potential set up of secondary page(s) and/or training on how to continue adding more pages if budget allows for it. I attached the secondary page as well ([login to view URL]) which I believe will be very easy to implement and don't think we will need any help with that. It's the main page that we are most concerned with getting coded correctly. If this is something you know you can do, I would love to discuss further. When responding, if you can please answer these questions, that would be great. 1. Have you done any projects like this before? Can you send an example? 2. Have you done projects using Drupal? 3. Do you have a sample or good idea of how you will implement the moving boxes/arrows? 4. Our website- [login to view URL] is currently mobile friendly- will this page also be mobile friendly? This project is also time sensitive for our budget so if you can let me know a time and cost estimate on when you could start this project and how long it may take you, that would be great.
