Convert a Template to a Website

Hello, im looking to add an awesome feature to our new website launching in July. I want to be able to provide a tool for the agents to draw their own floorplans, I also want to be able to integrate this into my website which is in php. Im guessing it will be done using FLASH. I want a similar product to this: [login to view URL] I do not want all the 3d stuff and colours, just so it can crete a plan like the attached. I will need the tool to work so on the side or bottom of the page we have icons that can be dragged into position, for example doors, windows, toilet, bath etc. I can provide these. Message from my developer: Needs to work well with PHP & MySQL framework. We’re using Laravel Framework, so integrating with Laravel framework would be even better, or I can do it from raw PHP
