CREATE A MYSQL RUNNING EVENT

Hello, We need to create an event that runs every 60 seconds in our Mysql DB. This event is based in an already created routine in PHP. We do have the algorithm in PHP, but we need to translate it into a MySql event that could be executed every 60 seconds in our database. This algorithm is very easy, just 2 nested whiles and select's, update's and inserts between this 2 while. This PHP algorithm that must be translated into a MySQL event, has only 60 lines of code, just very very easy.
