Build a Website

Hi, I have an "Alert website" that is 99% finished. Technology used: Ruby on Rails( ROR) , Node.js etc. The website: It fetches a french classified ad website (that we will call X) to send ALERTS to users after payments. Example: I want to know when any iphone 4s for less than 250us$ appears on X. So I go on my website (let's call it RATE), I create an account on RATE, I create an alert by entering the URL of the specific research I did on X and I pay (through PAYPAL) to receive EMAIL and / or SMS alerts. I can choose if I want to receive EMAIL alerts only or SMS alerts only or BOTH. I can also choose the fetching frequency and the numbers of days my alerts will be "on". The price of the alert depends on the frequency multiplied by the number of days. Example: I want a fetching of X for my specific research every 30 minutes and I want that for 2 days. 1 fetching = 12 credits. 1 hour = 2 fetching (because I chose 1 fetching every 30min) 2 days = 48 hours 48 hours x 2 fetching x 12 credits = 1152 credits 1 US$ = 80 credits This is only an example but this is basically how it works. Everyhing is working fine actually in the website. HERE IS WHAT I NEED: A ROR developper that will communicate with me, test the website and once he has completely understood how it works, will give me his GITHUB Id , which I will add to the repo , so that he gets access to all code base. Once he checkscode, if he has any issue with that Or doubts I will connect him with my developer (the one who created the website and couldnt) finish it who will help with all clarifications. More specifically I need the freelancer to be ableto CORRECT few stuff like for example the fact that when I go into my account and want to delete 1 alert, all alerts are deleted (which should not happened), ADD a contact us link and other minor corrections + put it online and test it online (using its final domain name). As I said the website is already 99% done. IF the freelancer is really good, I might keep him for other projects I have and for the maintenance of my RATE website. This work should be fulfilled in less than 1 week (it needs 1 day max 2 days... I myself work in a Web Agency ;) I need somebody with excellent communicaiton skills, who can answer his emails fast and who is really good in ROR/Php/Node.js and some basic graphic design.
