Custom Website design - no templates!

I just started a home business selling wholesale travel packages through Coastal Vacations. I need a website created that has a strong emphasis on the following key areas: 1. A splash page that grabs someone's attention by highlighting immediate and long term high income potential working from home, (weekly income of $1000-$5000+)graphics that highlight traveling to relaxing destinations such as cruise ships, sandy beaches in Mexico or Hawaii, etc. 2. Splash page needs to have several name squeeze points 3. Splash page must have a heavy emphasis on working with me as a coach, mentor, and trainer to ensure success. I will supply several photos of myself 4. Splash page must have a list of free items I will provide them if they enter my site 5. I will be using audio on the splash page 6. The thank you page will be the second page of the website which will answer many questions they may have about the business. I already have the text ready. 7. Thank you page must have tabs that allow consumer to navigate throughout the site to 4 other pages. Each page will have its own audio 8. Splash page will have a box providing a teaser on the current promotion is. Each page will have a similar box detailing the promotion. 9. Each page after the splash page will provide someone an opportunity to purchase the product. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows xp
