Build a training website

I would like to develop a training website which has 6 main pages: - A virtual classroom (Google hangout plugin or any other solution) - An about the academy page - A profile page - Download training pdf files - Training schedule page - An encyclopaedia page with all key terminologies and a wall where users can post different interesting articles. Attached a comprehensive brief of the requirements along with the layouts. Please read the following rules before bidding for this project: This website needs to be done within 2 weeks from the day of acceptance. Therefore I will place a bonus of 200 USD over and above any accepted bid should the project finish within this time frame. Should it not finish within this time frame, I will then have to deduct a 100USD every 48 hours from the accepted bid date. From my side I will give feedback within 24 hours. Should I not give feedback within this time frame the project will be extended an additional 48 hours and the cut off period to get the bonus will also be extended accordingly. NO milestone payment will be made until I see layouts with functional working modules. The brief is very straight forward and I will not add additional requests or make amendments to this brief. In the unlikely event that I need any additional requirements over and above the brief, an additional payment and time frame will be agreed with to the developer. The project should be extremely straight forward if you have the know-how and ability to complete what is required. Should you not accept the above terms, please do not bid on this project.
