Hi, This project is to build a secure website that allows users to input, share and practice questions in various multiple choice formats relating to specific exams used within our organisation. Data will be stored in an appropriately normalised MySQL database. The user interface theme will be agreed between the freelancer and the administrator. Professional appearance, ease and speed of use will be the key considerations. The website administrator is familiar with HTML, PHP, and MySQL and so the site should be built using these as the core languages (and others as agreed with the administrator). The site will be hosted on our shared server. The freelancer will budget time to fully comment the code and to explain how it works to the administrator. You should therefore have excellent english language skills. The administrator will carry out basic maintenance, but more time consuming changes and new functionality will be contracted out. I am hoping to build a good long term relationship with the freelancer. A detailed specification document will be made available to serious bidders. This specification document will form the basis of a contract should your bid be successful. By bidding, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality throughout the project and beyond. All code, other materials, and intellectual property generated during this project will be owned by my organisation. The maximum budget for the project is £1,000.
