First a PSD to HTML/PHP design is required, then this needs to be added on to the Bootstrap framework. No 3rd party licensed components can be used without our consent. Needs to be well documented of the development. Please do not waste our time by bidding on this project, if you feel you can not program from scratch. Saves the hassle.
This project will be split into 3 phases. The total duration of this project can take up to 24 months to build or more but we are willing to pay.
