I'm looking for someone to build a website from scratch for a concept that I have incorporated. I'm working on a start-up company with very limited resources and am looking for someone to help me bring my concept to life.
I am looking for a website for an event & rating based concept that I am working on. The responsive site would require basic functions such as:
Login & Registration
Event posting by the hosts
Event RSVP
Event Payment
Ratings of events occurring within the event
Users being able to check-in to the event
and other functions.
Must have a face to face SKYPE interview to discuss the project.
Budget is fairly tight as I have lost money trying to develop this concept with another Elancer who has help my project hostage and wasted my time and money. Basically I got screwed.
