Company Description We are a mortgage broking business that operates on a cash back model. We share the commission that we receive from lenders (Banks and financial institutions) with our clients. Website requirements As giving cash back is the main focus of the business, we would like to make it the emphasis throughout the website. We're looking for someone who can show us designs/layouts that would best portray this message and build a very clean and simple website that sends the message we're trying to focus on. We would like the site to incorporate a basic calculator that can show the potential cash back for a certain loan that also works on each of the other web pages. We'd also like the ability to have the site link to a form (different to the contact us form), but a more detailed form for those who are able to apply with us and not just make a general enquiry. All in all, there won't be that many pages and content will be quite minimal. The important aspect is getting the write message across to our potential customers. Just some of our thoughts but not limited to these pages only. 1. Home Page Main focus would be around a calculator showing the potential cash back a client would receive. 2. How it works? We would like a page to explain how the cash back is calculated, how the clients get it and what it will cost them. 3. Helpful information A page explaining the basics of buying a house, the mortgage process and commonly used terms of the industry. 4. Contact us Postal address and a form that captures the basic contact details or enquiry 5. Application form A secure web form that will collect the client information required to begin the loan process.

Hello My understanding about the project is that you are looking for 5-6 pages site along basic calculator to show potential cash back. We would like to know the formula to calculate cash back. Also we would like to know the fields required in secured loan application form. Our proposal goes as below: 1.
