Looking for a freelancer who can develop me a website for sharing links. The site is to feature links with the ability for users to submit their own links like Digg. Subsequent adding of links will have to be easy for a novice webmaster and some tutoring and technical support may be required. I would like registered users to be able to vote for their favorite link. The website should be provided with an efficient search engine. The posts in the site should be programmed to rank top on GOOGLE and other search engines. More details on the website features will be provided for the best bid.
