Creation - Creation for a long term

We are a company renting short term apartment in Paris. We need for a better exposure to create several websites. one should be very similar of [login to view URL] and the other (6) with a very appealing home page, with a few pages just to describe a building or several apartments. Some of our website will need improvement and updating [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Create a GAME SITE like [login to view URL], with some new games completely secure and able to receive payments All this sites will need to be submited for ranking 5/10 on google We are also interrested for a long relationship to maintain and improve regurlarly our sites. French speaking is a plus but not mandatory I have high expectations in terms of the design of the final product. I expect the designer to be creative, have excellent graphical design skills, as well as solid programming know-how. A person who can be fast and dedicated is desired. Final job should be turn-key. I expect it to be installed, tested and functioning. Designer will provide a live test site (on my site or theirs) so I can monitor progress and view modifications.
