Create a swf Presentation

I need a swf Presentation, I have an example swf that is very similar to what I need ( will supply to the Final Coder ) The Coder needs to be experienced in animation in Flash so any examples you have done would help me deciede. I expect the first part of the Presentation swf file to take around 10 hours work so esitmate your Bid on this amount of work.
