Complex Flash Web Site Including Video

We need to build a complete Flash site that will integrate video (professionally shot on soundstage with actor on green screen) with digital images/animation. For details about the site/scenes and general explanation of the digital effects/post production required, see the attached file containing storyboards and script. (Flash actions are noted in green in left column.) We can provide the video footage in any format you need, and can overnight appropriate media containing footage. You should have basic video editing capabilities in order to bring scenes into Flash and in a few situations add some effects (e.g., slow motion, fast forward, etc.) Site will also include a contact form that will need to be populated. It and frame at top and bottom can be done in HTML if preferable or Flash. We have back-end code to process the form so wil not need that. This is a pretty complex, advanced Flash site. Please only bid on this project if you can meet the following: 1. Are highly proficient in Flash and can provide some samples (or links to samples) of advanced Flash projects. (Prefer someone who has experience working with importing video into Flash and combinining with other materials.) 2. Have the time/resources to complete this project within the specified timeframe. We have a media deadline to meet and cannot under any circumstances miss that date. We must have the site complete and tested and all changes made no later than 8/11 EOD. 3. Have completed projects on RAC and have been rated previously. 4. Have excellent English skills. Preference will be given to anyone able to communicate via phone as needed (can be via Skype or regular phone). Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
