Basic Flash RPG

We are looking for someone who can develop a Flash-based RPG much like how Final Fantasy VII worked, except we do not require 3D. We will be using pre-rendered CG backgrounds and 2D character anime-style art. We need the character to be able to move around on a grid that can be changed from scene to scene, within accordance to the CG pre-rendered backgrounds. We also need the character to be able to go up to other NPC characters and jump to a new scene to talk to them and then come back to the previous scene. Finally, we need to have the character move to a position on the screen (like a door, for example) that will allow the character to jump to a new scene. A basic turn-based combat system is also required with the standard attack, magic, and item commands. We will be creating all graphics, sound, and music. More specific project details available upon commitment. We are setting out to produce a high quality product and the developer will get credit. We have a deadline of a year to work on this, but we need this system created as soon as possible.
This project will also feature a custom theme composed and recorded by Yasunori Mitsuda, the composer for ChronoTrigger and ChronoCross.
## Deliverables
1) Fully-functional working .fla file of the RPG "engine", with enough developed so that we will have everything we need to develop the rest of the RPG on our own.
2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
Developing with Flash MX, so whatever can view Flash MX is our platform. Our primary platform is Windows XP, Pentium 4.
