Audio/video Chat software

We need a community software that has audio and video components to be enabled and disabled by admin. multiple lobbies with rooms being split from each. rooms can be passworded and unpassworded at [login to view URL] must be able to hold a minimum of 200 concurrent connections. various voice codecs must be able to set for various rooms. Everything must be kept at a server sided database which should have a way to edit it whether from a webpage or from an applet. The software skin should be changeable atleast to some degree. there seem to be many ways to tackle this, im open to suggestions on whats a good way to do this language and layout wise. If it can interact with a mysql DB to auth using vbulletin database that would be an added +. I am attaching a similar software now being used but it is old and does not work too well. we need something better looking graphics wise and that has better interaction with server. when you go into individual rooms you can chat via voice and see video windows. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). As the project might be of a web(php/asp/flash) nature, or of a desktop software nature depending on how it works out best, all code must be given over to buy, with no reservations on the coders part. All files must be editables by the buyer. ## Platform We have a windows 2003 server ready to go with mysql/mssql. php/asp. it can be converted to *nix at the drop of a hat. Client side must be atleast windows compatible depending on solution provided.
