All great designers would you like to join a team?

We are looking for talented motivated new entrepreneurial designers. We are going to be developing a multiple of sites for our network. Looking for people who strictly like to do it for fun and as a hobby and would like to join our team. We are a chill group and are always looking for new people who are thinking outside of the box. We are open minded and accept everyones input. Note: If our sites do well you will make plenty $$ that is our/your motivation, because each team member plays a vital role in our networks success. **We do not pay by hour or pay right up front.** We feel to many people just shove non quality work and want better pay then what they have handed over. Our network is all about keeping the flow of our userbase. If you are for real and feel like working hard and watching the networks site(s) grow because of your excellent work then Comment. We are doing this for life too so its an everlasting network. We are choosing our new partners as of now. We will be successful. Also any asp.net knowledge is a plus but you must be able to create easy to use interfaces that are very stylistic that can compete with our competitors. Some of our current sites we are working on. [[login to view URL]][3] will be our advertising company. ## Deliverables -Awesome designers -Graphics Artist -Page layout Designer -Flash Designers/Flash Script coding. -Someone who is serious about joining our team only please. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
