Add video player to Flash website

Hi, I have a flash website that is working ok. I need to add flash video player, that will play videos from youtube. Here are requirements of player: 1. ability to start with Play button. Prior to start image of video (picture) will be as background. Maybe it can be picture or first frame of video. 2. more than one video to play (we can have list of videos to play or we can have small pictures of videos to play, not sure what is best approach). All videos will be on youtube, so we should play from it. Of course, I have original FLA file.
