A master in CSS is needed

We need to create a few different style themes for a set of pages. All styles must be defined in CSS. Icons will be provided for the main categories in the page. The main CSS is a style.css. You need to create different versions of this CSS for different themes. Some styles are incorporated into HTML pages due to certain considerations. No new HTML tags should be added to the pages, yet you may add some new "class" attributes to the existing elements. But please avoid this where possible. Again, almost all style definitions should be done through CSS, including background images etc. Also, some files may contain specific stylesheets defined inside. Note: the bid must be related to the creation of 3 themes per set of icons, so 3 themes for each of the 2 sets of icons. If you are a master in graphics then we can work for more themes based on icons you can create. ## Deliverables In addition to the following you need to deliver: - all graphics in .jpg format - all psd files --- 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
