Specific details about the nature of the site will be disclosed later in the process. In general, the site should have a web 2.0 look, and will be consist of 5 page types: 1. homepage 1. short "about" paragraph 2. "statistics" - 1-2 lines (derived from the answers+questions in the profile/item) 3. "Add" button 4. 3 featured items 5. category list 6. tag list (cloud?) 7. login (box or floating window triggered by a link/button) 8. search items 9. footer (about us, legal, contact) 2. profile 1. name 2. password 3. picture (+upload) 4. country (list) 5. state (free) 6. description (free text) 7. variety of questions - changeable through db (profile questions table) 3. item list 1. list of items 2. category list 3. tag list (cloud?) 4. search items 4. item 1. free text 2. tags (links to "item list") 3. related categories (links to "item list) 4. rating 1. uncool...cool (1-5 meter) 2. "me too" (Boolean) 3. hardcore...slightly (1-5 meter) 5. Add new item 1. categories (check-boxes/highlight) + "suggest new category" link 2. free text 3. tags (free) 4. variety of questions - changeable through db (profile questions table) 5. quick register (name/password) Open source/platforms can be used to cut down on development time.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

PHP/mySql is preferable. Open source/platforms can be used to cut down on development time.
