betting exchange software

I regularly use the betting exchanges betfair, betdaq and wbx and need a simple program ideally Excel based or similar which is able to submit bets to all 3 exchanges simultaneously. I also need to be able to set an overall exposure limit on each bet so that once my maximum exposure has been reached the remaining offers are instantly cancelled. All bets will be placed prior to the event only so no in-play betting function is required. If bets are not matched at all or only partially matched my offers will cancel once the market suspends and must not be re-submitted again. ie. I wish to back Arsenal to win at odds of 2.0 for £100. bets of £100 on Arsenal to win are submitted to the 3 exchanges. £50 is matched at betfair, so bets at the other exchanges are altered from £100 down to £50. £50 is then matched at Betdaq so all remaining bets are simultaneously cancelled. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to run on windows XP.
