Twitter User Management Tools

I basically need four Twitter related tools created and installed on my website. I need those to reside on PHP pages, but that is the only requirement. ## Deliverables I am building a website that will provide Twitter User Management tools. Here are the tools that I need developed: Tool 1 - Follow from Profile: The user of my site will input a specific Twitter profile, for example @barackobama, will specify if he wants the "followers" or "following" of that profile, and will also specify what "block" he wants. A block is a group of 500 people, so the first block of a profile are the first 500 people following it, the second block the next 500 people following it and so on. We need to use blocks because Twitter limits the number of follows per day to 500. With this method a user could follow all the "followers" on an account, 500 of them per day. (If you have a better idea to solve this limit we can do it too). Once the user specified all that, he clicks on "go" and the tool will automatically follow for him those 500 people on Twitter. Obviously he needs to provide his Twitter login details. Tool 2 - Follow from Keyword: Similar as above, but instead of typing a profile the user will type a keyword and the block that he wants. He then clicks on "Go", and the tool will list the first 500 people who used that keyword on Twitter and follow them automatically (provided the user specified block 1). If he specified block 2 the tool will list the second 500 people who used that keyword and follow them. So on and so forth. Tool 3 - Mass Unfollow: This tool gives the user the option to unfollow a) everyone on his account or b) everyone who is not following back. Tool 4 - Auto-Follow: This tool enables auto-follow on the account of the user. So every time someone follows him, he will follow back. I need those 4 tools developed and installed on my website. I will be running WordPress as CMS, so that each tool could reside on its own PHP page.
