**Developer of online assessments needed** **Sample tasks:** -Develop the scope of the assessment project with me. -Develop timeline for implementation. -Program the assessment with appropriate reports. -Pilot the assessment. -Complete the project within a few weeks. **You do not need to be Bill Gates to do this job, but you must have the following skills/experience:** -Proven track record developing assessments quickly and of high quality. -Background in assessments and/or statistics a plus. -Ability to incorporate assessments into existing websites for all browsers, Mac and PC. -Some experience in editing and creating graphics for the Web is a plus. -Create an assessment that is easy for me to modify. -Ability to work fast and accurately is a major plus. -You must have an online portfolio for review. **_E-mail the following information_**: -The names of your last three clients with their telephone numbers and websites, and the date you completed their assessments. -Your other experience and what you're capable of. Must have clean arrest record and be able to pass a background check. This is a really easy job for someone who knows what they're doing. I am not looking for some stuff shirt, Ph.D. I want someone who can speak the ivory tower lingo, but who is practical and can complete a quality job fast. I'm Dave Jensen, an expert in leadership. I need someone to put my assessment online fast. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
