We need a PHP class which must negotiate with a Credit Card Billing Provider the authentication of some codes. It must be abble to access to some MySQL data through adodb library. All specs are extended and commented in the attachment ([url removed, login to view]). And inside the .zip file are some examples of use too. All code must be well-commented (following standars)
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working class(es) as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) All code must be well-commented (following standars)
