Cookie Affiliate script/solution

We are developing a membership website, need a good coder to help develop one of the functions, it works this way: The administrator will maintain a member database which lists user_name, ID, key and email etc. We need to give each member in the database an affiliate link such as [[login to view URL]][1] or [www.home.com/id=23452][2] etc (the shorter the better), but they all point to the homepage [[login to view URL]][3], just a cookie will be set and the home page will reflect the member's information. For example, If clicked through [[login to view URL]][4] it will take me to [[login to view URL]][3] but I see it displays John's information: his name, ID, key and Email address etc. (which all retrived from the membership database). There is NO need to develop the user registration and login process, and NO need to develop user interface and Admin Interface either, all will be managed manually by webmaster. So you will NOT need to worry about how to credit the affiliate commission or anything. There is NO development of a complete affiliate system. All we need is this cookie system that allows the change of part of the webpage to display differently according to what appends the [[login to view URL]][3] URL. If I come to homepage through [[login to view URL]][4] it will display John's information, if I come to homepage through [[login to view URL]][5] it will display bob's information. See Deliverables section for few details we need: ** 1. It should work on other pages as well as homepage, 2. Cookie never expire 3. Default cookie for direct access to homepage 4. Cookie is NOT replacable by newer cookie. ## Deliverables Few details requested for the cookie system. 1. It should work on other pages as well as homepage, something like [[login to view URL]][6] or [[login to view URL]][7] then the [login to view URL] page will disply john's information, works the same way as homepage. Or you can embed the the [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] as part of [login to view URL], change the [login to view URL] dynamically according to links clicked on index.php. 2. The cookie set to never expire (stays until the PC user deletes it). 3. If user come to [[login to view URL]][8] directly without going through an affiliate link, set a cookie with defalt value: the webmaster's name, ID, key, email etc. Also, if user come to [[login to view URL]][3] through an invalid URL appends such as [[login to view URL]][9] but we do not have cyeoe in our database, it will display the webmaster's infomation for default cookie setting. 4. Cookie is NOT replacable by newer cookie. Say I come to visit through [[login to view URL]][4] first and I saw join's information. some days later, I come to visit [[login to view URL]][8] again (directly to [[login to view URL]][8] or through another link [[login to view URL]][5] ). it will NOT alter the original cookie. Meaning user will still only see John's information. Not the webmaster's or Bob's. 5. You only need to change part of the webpage. Meaning the webpages are indentical except one small section of the page is changed dynamically according to the URL and cookie setting. If a browser is not cookie enabled, it need to display the homepage with the webmaster's information: name, id, email etc. If you have suggestion for a database system that can work around the cookie requirement (without cookie setting etc) and still achieve the same function we need, that will be great.
