I have software that outputs clients quotes into Excel.
At the moment we then manually enter all of the data into a Word document using a specific format.? We would like to automate this process.
We would like a Word template that on opening we are asked to locate the Excel file we want to import into the Word? doc in the specific format.? The Word doc is then filled in with all the data from the Excel spreadsheet.
There are approximately 36 fields of data that needs moving from Excel into Word.? I will provide a pre filled Word document that is completed and it will be annotated so you know exactly what fields each one relates to in the Excel document.
We use Microsoft Office 2003.
Please let me know when you can start the project and when we will expect to have it completed.
