Complete Cashback Site

Hello, I am looking for a coder/programmer/designer to complete a fully functional and working cash back site similar in functionality to existing sites, such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. The basic idea behind such sites is that members are awarded an amount of cashback on sales they generate going through referral links on the site which are tracked to them. The site is required to be graphically attractive with a professional/clean/sleek appearance and seemless intergration between all parts/sections. It needs to exceed the appearance of existing sites to give an advantage. I would be interested to hear from any coders/programers/designers, or teams of such, who think they have the necessary skills and experience to create this site for me.
