Cocoa iPhone SDK Development

Create/code GUI for 4-6 screens using Cocoa/iPhone SDK.? One to two screens will use custom graphics on the screen (outside of the pre-made IB controls). These graphics will not be very complex. I am really looking for a complete template for the app? with IB, graphics code and supporting delegate code to handle all events on generated on the forms.? ? The app is a? multi-tier? and will communcate with a? remote server.? ? The project will also include the creation of a? http (async) class which will be used on? a background thread (while the app is up). I am a .Net/Cocoa developer but need help to get this app to market in a decent amount of time.? I am estimating about 40 hours? of work for this task.
