I need a website designed. The website will feature pictures and videos taken by users. Here is what I need:
1. A very simple look. Like this. <[login to view URL]>
2. I want to allow the users to describe the picture/video, have the ability comment on the picture myself, and then have a "comments" section for each picture. Just like this system: <[login to view URL]>
3. The main page will be something like this <[login to view URL]> but I would like it to have the pictures bigger, have a place for their story and for my comments, and a user comment system (more like a blog). I do want space on the right side for ads, additional content (like a contest announcement). I would also like the ability to take in the video, then post it on youtube and play it through a portal so I wouldn't have to store all teh video and pay for the bandwidth.
4. I would like to be able to have the number of views tracked, so people can see "most viewed"
5. I would like for the photos to have "keywords" attached so they can be tracked, like blog posts.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
