CRE Loaded Site - Need help with

Hello, I have a website with CRE loaded osc already on there and running Problems i need fixed: I need the Picture size adjusted - doesnt matter what size picture i have it will make them all the same size Say a 3"x2" preview and when opens up it will show a 5x7 or there abouts for example. Get rid of the stuff that goes across the image. Also make it so if they click on the sizes, and select two different sizes it will add it as another item to the cart (is it possible? if not ill switch it back) After that the next problem is the text (i heard that adjusting the pictures may take care of this) When a product is listed it shows the large picture then the text down the left hand side of it. I would rather have the text either above or below it to make it look good. Next problem is that i am trying to upload the images and some will upload while others wont? Last thing for this project is to make sure that the Froogle data feeder is setup for the new requirments via Froogle.
