Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. If you feel you have understood the requirements then fine. Otherwise, please ask questions. As of now I will NOT be picking ANY of the bids I see and you are encouraged to READ the specifications document and re-enter a realistic bid, particularly if you do not have significant history on the system.
