CAPP website development

We need to have a website built and designed for Cities Aggregation Power Project (CAPP). A description of the site follows, and attached is a draft design that we would like to see used as much as possible. The site will consist of a front page and five subpages that will include pdfs of documents, 30- to 60-second video clips and text and photos. We have a design in mind, and this features a static nameplate that carries over to the subpages and the far left-hand column containing constantly updated news and fact sheets. This column is also carried over to subpages. As part of this project, we would also like the coder’s advice and recommendation on the purchase and use of two domain names for a minimum one-year period, looking for the most cost-effective option, in conjunction with hosting. We would also like a price quote for 10 hours a month of website maintenance time in which we would work with the coder to make periodic updates to the site. We also would like to see a pricing option for the purchase of additional time if we exceed the 10 hours in a particularly busy month. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working website that is in agreement with the site description provided by the buyer. 2) The website must be in ready-to-run condition and installed by the Seller on the buyer's environment, pending discussion of website hosting options provided by Seller. 3) A recommendation and pricing options for the purchase of two domain names (as identified by the Buyer) and use of those domains for a one-year period. 4) A price quote for 10 hours a month of website maintenance time. 5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Compatible with all 5.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and recent versions of Netscape. Use of asp.net 2.0.
