Bug Fix: php/mysql osCommerce question marks

Hi, I am using osCommerce and I get question marks (?) appearing all over my pages: <[login to view URL]> See all the question marks (?) in the body text? I need someone with php/mysql/osCommerce expertise to resolve the issue. The body text which has all the question marks (?) is updated using an administration portal. I am using standard osCommerce with two osCommerce contributions. The osCommerce contributions used are: 1) Tinymce: [[login to view URL],4563][1] 2) osCMS: [[login to view URL],3476][2] Both contributions are installed correctly. I believe it is using a combination of these two contributions that is bringing up this bug. You will be provided with FTP access to the source code and phpMyAdmin access to the mysql database.
