Automatic Sales Project

I have developed a new concept in computer games. I have applied for a patent. I have developed a new concept in sales letters in which an attachment contains a program that helps the user create immediate sales. I have applied for a patent for this sales technique. Both the game and the sales letter with attachment have been completed. I need to have someone design a high volume internet site that will automatically down load the game, receive payment, and pay out sales commissions up to four levels. It's multilevel marketing, but with a slight twist. It's not been done this way before. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.(1) A high volume internet site (I'll add the artwork and text) (2) The site must contain a data base set to handle millions of names on a four level marketing program. (3) The program must prevent users from creating multiple accounts. (4) The program must spawn new email messages to all of the email addresses the the use provides. (5) Buyers will use their credit cards through the PayPal program and commissions will be paid out through PayPal. (6) Once a customer has successfully purchased the product and PayPal has responded correctly, the buying CGIs will insert all relevant sales information into the data base and will allow the customer to download the product software. (7) The list of items that cover the administrative functions is quite long, but fairly standard for MLM programs. See me for complete details. (8) Administrative functions for paying commissions is also standard, but quite detailed. See me. (9) Automated databse maintenance routines will analyze active tables to ensure fast database preformance. Automated backup routines must protect all customer, company, and revenue information. (10) I would like to work closely with the programmer. I don't feel that there is proper room to cover all of the details here, but this covers the basics. I am willing to negotiate the final price with the programmer once he sees the entire project.
