Automated WiFi Hotspot management/payment/account creation

WiFi/WISP software that will allow me to use my own payment sytem. Finished software provided for free to people who wish to set up hotspots. The system will use a payment gateway that will be set up simultaneously with this software, specs to be provided. Critical features: 1). Automated access control w/Instant account creation upon payment verification. 2). Subscriber must be able to access our payment system to create an account and pay prior to gaining access (Duh!) 3). Multiple subscription options (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, yearly, etc as set by the operator) 4). System stats & logs. 5). Accomodations for general free access (such as the hotspot owner's buddy comes over with a laptop and wants to surf, etc) 6). Simple, intuitive configuration files for all features with custom configuration for things like page & text colors, homepage, package pricing, logs (log this event, ignore that one, etc) owners payment account, bandwidth throttles, free access passwords, free access pages, forbidden domains, etc. 7). Must work with multiple simultaneous users. Bonus Features: 1). Bandwidth Throttle w/multiple pay rates for various connection speeds, total transfer, etc. 2). Configurable Degraded performance compensation (enough users online at once cause the connection to slow down to dial-up rates and the system automatically extends their subscription by an appropriate amount or upgrades their subscription rate/bandwidth/transfer quotas) 3). Front page which allows for Operator defined advertising upon connection, etc. 4). "Home Page" of operators choice upon user login. 5). Accomodations for limited access (the hotspot owners may want to allow people free access to their website to place orders, check mail, etc.) 6). A backdoor that bypasses logs & payments 7). Proffessional and be confidence inspiring look. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform System would have to be compatible with the Linksys WRV54G, and other systems.
