On the pages, on the upper right portion of the text area, is to be a justice scale.

On the main page there will be the name and information of the attorney on the top left portion of the text area.
A slogan will be on the top right area.
There will be text. Below the text will be three pictures.
On a rollover of the pictures, the main text of the page that is above the picture is to change to text corresponding to the picture.
We have some pictures. Others you will need to provide.
For example: You will need to provide the picture of the statue of the gold eagle; The justice scale; and acceptable pictures relating to family, criminal and personal injury law.
The layout, graphics, and pictures must meet the professional desire of the buyer.
The rest of the pages will follow the layout of the main page. There will not be any rollover text change.
The name and information of the attorney might be changed to go on the bottom of the page. The slogan as well.
There is to be on the contact page, a link to or picture of a map showing office location.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
