Clients e-mail appointment request. Appointment request is structured format 2-field (entity-value pair) text strings per line to describe date, start time, end time, venue, client telephone number, comment. Program parses a value (e.g. keyword in header) to determine this is an appointment or scheduling request. Program checks named calendar in Outlook to see if there is an appointment slot free that matches appointment request then Outlook generates automatic e-mail to client to confirm appointment. If no appointment matches request then program invites client to make new appointments by sending email that states "date, time is already booked - plus other explanatory message in e-mail". If possible ability to inform client of alternative dates/time slots would be welcome. Automatically send e-mail or text message to inform me that an appointment has been requested with appointment request details, plus copy of reply e-mail so that I may phone client from remote location to confirm appointment. Ability to update static webpage with calendar details would be an added bonus - not essential requirement. Program must not crash - 100% reliability required as working prototype would be mission critical. Anybody able to deliver?
