Affiliate Network hub(repost - again)

After being let down by our previous coder, this request has been reposted - please help us get this sytem up and running! We are a new start-up company, who will be selling some of our products via affiliates. We are looking for someone to develop an affiliate network hub site (just the nuts and bolts - we will do the design work:). The site will, obviously, be database driven (MySQL), and can use PHP or ASP. Also, the developer will need to have some experience will Perl, as we need a custom script to handle some of the back end features. **edit - please not that perl experience is not strictly required. We wish to perform certain tasks at regular intervals using cron, and will need a single flexible script to do this - it is my experience that perl is the best bet for this, but alternatives will certainly be considered! ** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All major browsers. Server is Red Hat Enterprise Linux, with PHP4/5, ASP (not .net), and Perl 5.
