Adult Web Site (PostNuke Preferred)

Create an adult web site based on the PostNuke portal platform. Site will feature subscription and non-subscription areas.

Site specifically requires:

* Online subscription processing system with credit card validation, while other credit card gateways may be used in the future, we will use PayPal IPN to manage initial subscriptions

+ Billing will be on a recurring monthly basis

+ Customer will be automatically billed unless otherwise specified

+ Free and subscription only image galleries (Menalto: [[url removed, login to view]][1], Coppermine: **coppermine**.[url removed, login to view])

+ Free and subscription only message boards/forums (phpBB? Trollix?)

+ Attached e-commerce system like oscommerce

+First time and free customers can browse only public areas

+Subscribers can browse all public areas and additional forums and image galleries just for subscribers

+ If PostNuke is used AutoTheme is required

While we prefer PostNuke, we are free to accept bids using any configuration of technology, just as long as the end solution is fully function and satisfies our needs.

Raw graphics will be provided to facilitate basic design of the site.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
