Add Page to osCommerce Checkout Process

I've created an oscommerce website. When somebody is viewing their shopping cart, I want to give them the option to "Add Components" to cart. See this page:

If they click "Add Components", then it would take them to a page of 8 products where they can choose the quantity they want of each product. They click "Add to Cart" and they go back to the Shopping Cart.
The design is already chopped up and programmed here:

I just need that one more page for adding extra componenets.
