Configure 'Hide Submit' module to only apply to 2 specified paths

I need the functionality of the Hide Submit module ([url removed, login to view]), but I need it to only affect forms for creating 2 specified content types.
The module supports including/excluding paths, but there is no user interface and I lack the PHP know-how to configure this. The code snippet included reads:

I want to exclude ALL forms, except those at the paths:

I also need to know where this code snippet should be placed. A custom module? A sub module of Hide Submit?
