Capture information about a focused application

A procedure needed in Delphi 5 compatible code that will retreive the Caption Text, Executable Path and, if the application is a browser, the navigation URL of the current page and place those values in the appropriate [login to view URL] properties. [login to view URL]:=//Caption text [login to view URL]:=//Exe Path [login to view URL]:=//URL (if the app is a browser - empty if not) The target of this action can either be the last app to have focus before the capture button is clicked or the next app to receive focus (user clicks on its title bar) after the capture button is clicked. I will give a bonus if both methods are provided. I will also pay a bonus if the URL capture works for Mozilla Firefox and Opera as well as Internet Explorer. (Total bonus will not exceed 25%). You may, of course, include other procedures as required, but no third party components are allowed. The procedure you provide will be used as part of a much more complex program. This applet included in the accompying Zip file is provided only as a working stub with which to develop the procedure. The winning bidder on this project will be the coder who provides the most convincing case that he or she can perform the work. Simply saying "I can do this." may not get you the job, even with the lowest bid, if someone else assures me that they understand the API calls needed and have tested their assumptions. Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
